Women's Soccer Lands Nine on WCC All-Academic Teams

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Santa Clara women's soccer had a trio named West Coast Conference All-Academic with six others taking home honorable mention.

Sofia Jones, Ellie Glenn, and Kelsey Turnbow were named to the academic team with the honorable mention selections going to Keren Goor, Marika Guay, Kaile Halvorsen, Emma Reeves, Skylar Smith, and Eden White.

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to her team.

Jones graduated last week with a degree in Finance and 3.96 GPA. She was honorable mention in each of the last two seasons.

Glenn is a Bioengineering major that has a 3.67.

Turnbow is getting her MBA and has posted a GPA of 3.91. She was named honorable mention the last two years.

Goor majors in Philosophy and has a 3.57 GPA.

Guay is majoring in Communication with a 3.60 GPA. Last season she was honorable mention.

Halvorsen majors in Biology while posting a 3.51 GPA. She was honorable mention a year ago.

Reeves is a Bioengineering major with a GPA of 3.67.

Smith is majoring in Finance and has a 3.66 GPA. She was selected honorable mention last year.

White is a Psychology major. She has a 3.73 GPA.
