SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara women's softball team will get their fall schedule underway this weekend in Hayward, Calif. when they take on four local schools.
The Broncos will take on Humboldt State University on Saturday, October 14 at 2:00 p.m., followed by San Francisco State University at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, Santa Clara will face Notre Dame de Namur University at 2:00 p.m., and then play St. Mary's at 4:00 p.m. All four matches will be played at the Alden E. Oliver Sports Park in Hayward, Calif.

Directions to Alden E. Oliver Sports Park
From Fremont/San Jose:
Take Hwy. 880 (North) to Hayward, and take the Whipple Rd./Industrial exit #24.
Turn left at the Stoplight (Whipple Rd.) and continue under the overpass.
Turn right at the first Stoplight (Whipple Ave. with no sign).
Drive 1 mile (west). Turn right at Union City Blvd. (stoplight-Kaiser Permanente).
Drive ½ mile to Hayward, CA (Hesperian Blvd.) The park is on your left-hand side, across the street from the Pepsi Distribution Center. Turn left at Eden Park Place.
From Oakland area:
Take Hwy. 880 (South) to Hayward, take the Industrial Pkwy. exit and turn right at the stoplight (west). Drive approximately 1 mile and turn left at Hesperian Blvd. (stoplight).
Turn right at Eden Park Place (2nd stoplight-across the street from the Pepsi building).
From Pleasanton area:
Take Hwy. 580 (West) to Dublin/Oakland. Continue on I-238 North.
Take the I-880 South exit towards San Jose/San Mateo Bridge.
Take the Industrial Pkwy. exit and turn right at the stoplight (west.) Drive approximately 1 mile and turn left at Hesperian Blvd. (stoplight.)
Turn right at Eden Park Place (2nd stoplight-across the street from the Pepsi building).
