SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara softball is gearing up for the 2016-17 academic year and season. The Broncos will host their annual alumnae game Oct. 8 at noon at the Santa Clara Softball Field.
After the game, the team will be hosting a lunch for all alumnae, family, and supporters. Click here to RSVP.
Last season Santa Clara had a pair of players honored for their play. Senior Chiara Biagini was First Team All-WCC and sophomore Justine Garner nabbed honorable mention.
In the classroom, the Broncos also had a pair of student-athletes recognized. Junior Amanda Delfino and sophomore McCall James were both named to the WCC All-Academic Team.
