SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara softball plays its final nonconference game of the season Tuesday as the Broncos travel up the road to play at Stanford Tuesday at 6 p.m.
Last week Santa Clara dropped a pair of midweek games to Cal and Fresno State and lost two of three to LMU.

THE BRONCOS
Santa Clara (11-28) is hitting .249 as a team with a .304 on-base percentage and a .319 slugging percentage. The Broncos have scored 108 runs with 45 doubles, four triples, and six home runs.
Ellie Fisher leads the team in batting average (.351) and runs scored (26) and is first in the WCC with 20 steals in 23 attempts. Geenamarie Bonilla has hit a team-best three home runs and 11 doubles while also leading the way with 18 RBIS. She has scored 12 runs while batting .325. Kelsie Barnard is hitting .298 with 16 RBIs.
Micaela Vierra leads Santa Clara in wins (5), ERA (3.79), and innings pitched (77 2/3). Aubree Kim has a team-high 23 appearances, 13 starts, four complete games, and 42 strikeouts over 72 2/3 innings. Ciara Gonzalez has saved three games.
THE CARDINAL
Stanford (16-22) is hitting .286 as a team with a .372 OBP and a .394 slugging percentage. The Cardinal have scored 177 runs with 53 doubles, seven triples, and 14 home runs.
Teaghan Cowles has a team-high .352 batting average while scoring 27 runs and knocking in 22. Kylie Sorenson is hitting .352 and leads the team with 28 runs scored and 25 RBIs. Bessie Boll is hitting .333 with a team-best 12 doubles. She has hit two home runs and scored 21 runs. Whitney Burks leads the way with four home runs and is tied with Sorenson with 25 RBIs while hitting .263.
As a team, Stanford has a 5.70 ERA in 244 1/3 innings. Carolyn Lee has tossed a team-high 107 1/3 innings and has a team-high 10 complete games to go with a shutout. She has fanned 71 with a 4.83 ERA.
