SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara softball opened its part of the Silicon Valley Classic II with a 4-1 win over Weber State Friday afternoon at home.

Regan Dias (2-2) tossed her first career complete game while allowing just three hits with a pair of walks and three strikeouts to get the win.

Five Broncos collected hits in the game with Dias scoring a pair of runs and adding a walk. The top three spots in the Santa Clara lineup drew four walks and reached base seven times.
