SANTA CLARA, Calif.- Along with an impressive season in the pool, the Bronco women's water polo team also performed in the classroom, landing nine team members on the 2013 WWPA All-Academic Team. The Western Water Polo Association announced the 2013 WWPA Women's All-Academic Teams, with 59 student-athletes making the All-Academic team for the 2013 women's campaign.
The teams consist of members who carried a 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), played in at least 50-percent of the team's contests in the sports respective season and was classified as a fill-time student who has completed a minimum of one semester or two quarters at her institution.
