GLENDORA, Calif. – Elizabeth Anderson, Hannah Buck and Cathy Cantoni each scored twice to lead Santa Clara women's water polo to an 8-5 come-from-behind win over Azusa Pacific in its Golden Coast Conference opener.
Syndi Estrella, in her second game back from injury, posted 18 saves for the Broncos (8-10, 1-0) who have won four of their last six games.

Ellise Floreani scored less than 2 minutes later and Cantoni added another goal with 56 seconds left in the quarter to build the lead to 6-4.
Azusa Pacific's Britt Harris posted the second of her two goals to cut the deficit to 6-5 just 20 seconds later, but Blair Akerland and Anderson scored a pair of insurance goals in the fourth quarter.
