Admission Policy
Every person entering a Santa Clara Athletics event must possess a ticket. However, children under 2 years of age are admitted free of charge. All sales are final and pricing is subject to change.
Santa Clara University Students
All current undergraduate and graduate Santa Clara students receive complimentary admission to home contest hosted by Santa Clara University Athletics. Students will need to claim their ticket for each event they would like to attend by visiting scubroncos.universitytickets.com
Faculty and Staff Ticketing Policy for Men's Basketball Games
All current Santa Clara University full-time faculty and staff have the opportunity to receive two complimentary General Admission (GA) tickets to each men’s basketball home game, with the exception of Gonzaga & Saint Mary’s staff will pay regular admission. To receive your tickets, please claim them by visiting scubroncos.universitytickets.com
Faculty and Staff Ticketing Policy for Athletics Events (excluding Men's Basketball Games)
All current Santa Clara University full-time faculty and staff members have the opportunity to receive complimentary admission up to a maximum of four General Admission (GA) tickets to all regular season home athletics contests. Please claim your tickets by visiting scubroncos.universitytickets.com Complimentary tickets for postseason home contests will not be provided.
Canceled or Postponed Events
If a game is canceled or rescheduled due to an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of Santa Clara University Athletics such as inclement weather, natural disaster, loss of power, or other force of nature, ticket holders can exchange the original ticket for one to a future regular season contest, subject to availability. Ticket holders may exchange their ticket at the Santa Clara University Athletics Ticket Office in Leavey Center during normal business hours. Ticket holders must have the original ticket to the canceled game in order to exchange. No refunds will be given.
Ticket Delivery Methods
Print at home
Your tickets will be delivered via email as links. Please print your tickets on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper (white paper works best), and bring them to the event. Each ticket is individually bar-coded and required for admission.
Mobile PDF tickets
Please download your tickets onto your phone prior to arriving to the venue and show them upon entry.
Will Call
Santa Clara University ticket office has two different classifications for will call ticketing: general will call and player-guest will call. General will call serves tickets purchased through the Santa Clara University ticket office or santaclarabroncos.com/buytickets. Patrons picking up tickets for general will call must have a valid photo identification and be the name of the person on the will call envelope. Will call on non-game days is located in the Leavey Center just inside the main doors.
Payment Options
Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Checks should be made payable to "Santa Clara University Athletics."

• Men's & Women's Basketball: 60 minutes prior to tipoff
• Men's & Women's Soccer: 60 minutes prior to start of match
• Baseball: 60 minutes prior to start of event
• Volleyball: 60 minutes prior to start of match
Game Day Will Call/Pass List Hours of Operation (subject to change)
• Men's & Women's Basketball: 60 minutes prior to event through halftime
• Men's & Women's Soccer: 60 minutes prior to event through halftime
• Baseball: 60 minutes prior to event through end of the 3rd inning
• Volleyball: 60 minutes prior to event through second set
