Francisco Gallardo-Ramirez, a Bay Area native, is in his second year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. Gallardo is a graduate student at San Jose State University and expects to graduate in May '20 with a Masters degree in Kinesiology - Athletic Training.
Gallardo attended Fresno State where he earned his undergraduate degree in athletic training. In his first year he worked with a variety of sports including football, equestrian, women's soccer, Clovis West High School and Fresno Pacific Athletics. During his final year he worked with Clovis North High School, Fresno/Clovis youth football league and Fresno State track and field. He earned the Dr. Bill Kennedy and Friends award in May 2017 which is given to an athletic training student that exhibits compassion and teamwork.
Gallardo graduated from Sequoia High School and enjoys working out as well as keeping up to date with technology in his free time.
