SENIOR (2020): One of six 'boat crew' leaders on the team ... started in all 17 games at shortstop ... batted second in the lineup in all but one game when he batted third ... had a slashline of .304/.415/.420 ... led the team in runs scored (20) and doubles (six) ... tied for the team lead with seven multi-hit games and 10 walks ... tied for third on the team with three hit-by-pitches ... scored a run in 12 of 17 games ... hit first career triple against San Jose State (Feb. 16) ... collected a season-high three hits against fifth-ranked Georgia (Feb. 23) ... hit a double in three-straight games (Feb. 23 - 28) ... tied a career-high with three runs scored against San Jose State (Feb. 14) and CSU Bakersfield (March 6) ... finished the season having safely reached base in nine straight games.  

JUNIOR (2019): Started in all 52 games ... started 48 games at second base, three at center field and one at shortstop ... hit in one of the 1-2-3 spots of the lineup in every game ... led the team in hits (52), sacrifice flies (four), stolen bases (10) and multi-hit games (13) ... second on the team in batting average (.259), total bases (70), walks (15) and hit by pitch (nine) ... third on the team in on-base percentage (.329), runs scored (22), runs batted in (19) and home runs (four) ... had a team-high 12 game hit streak (March 9 - 30) ... recorded 107 putouts and 106 assists in 220 chances for a .968 fielding percentage.  

SOPHOMORE (2018): Started in 50 of 51 games played ... started 35 games at shortstop, 12 at third base an three at second base ... batted in every spot of the lineup except at cleanup ... batted the most in the second spot of the line up (27) ... led the team in batting average (.323), runs (35), hits (63), doubles (15) and hit by pitches (11) ... had a hit against every opponent he faced ... reached base in 27 consecutive games (March 27 - May 12), hitting safely in 24 of the games, walking in two and getting hit by a pitch in one  ... had a team-high 11 game hit streak (April 24 - May 12) ... second on the team in multi hit games (14), total bases (81), sacrifice flies (two), stolen bases (six), at bats (195) and games started (50) ... third on the team with a .402 on-base percentage and 25 RBIs ... had three 4-RBI games .... recorded 70 putouts and 117 assists in 201 chances for a .930 fielding percentage ... recorded season-highs hitting three doubles, scoring three runs and driving in three runs while going 4-for-5 at Washington State (April 20) ... also scored three runs against Boston College (Feb. 17) while walking a season-high three times ... drove in three runs against Portland (March 30) ... hit lone home run, a solo shot, of the season at San José State (Feb. 20).

FRESHMAN (2017): Played in 14 games ... recorded seven pinch-hit at-bats and earned time on the field as a pinch runner ... hit .143 and doubled against then-No. 19 Arizona (May 1) for his first collegiate hit.

PRIOR TO SCU: A graduate of Redondo Union High School, Dicochea hit .272 with 17 RBIs and 10 stolen bases in the field along with a 7-1 record in 51 innings pitched on the mound for head coach Jeff Baumback and the Sea Hawks as a junior in 2014-15 ... Redondo Union finished the season at 29-7 and won the CIF Southern Section Division III and Bay League Championships ... was an AP Scholar and National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar.

PERSONAL: From Redondo Beach, Calif. ... has volunteered with Special Olympics and Little League, and works with Youth Ministry ... outside of baseball, he enjoys weightlifting, outdoor activities and working with special needs children.
