WEST WINDSOR, N.J. — Santa Clara men's rowing finished its Varsity 4+ schedule with a victory Saturday at the IRA National Championship Regatta in Mercer Lake. The Broncos outraced Oklahoma City, Loyola (MD) and Fairfield to win the V4+ 5th Final in their last race of the season. Santa Clara's Varsity 8+ boat competed in Semifinal 3 and took fifth place (of six teams); the Broncos will race in the V8+ 4th Final on Sunday.
