Two Women's Rowers Named Preseason All-WCC

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Santa Clara women's rowing had two rowers named Preseason All-West Coast Conference, as announced by the league Wednesday.

Junior Leila Chihab and sophomore Mollie Mertes were the Broncos honored. It was the second year in a row for Chihab who has also been All-WCC for the last two seasons.

Santa Clara opens its 2019 season Sunday at Lexington Reservoir in a race against Mills College.
