NOTES

• New Mexico is the host of the 66th edition of this event. The 18-team tournament field includes BYU, Colorado, Denver, Dixie State, Florida Atlantic, Louisiana Tech, Louisville, Loyola Marymount, Nebraska, New Mexico State, North Texas, San Diego, UNLV, UTEP, VCU and Wyoming.
• The Broncos are playing in the first of four fall events.
• The Santa Clara lineup at the tournament features Jack Avrit, Oscar Zimmerman, Alex Conley, Zack Kaneshiro and Nolan Forsman. As fifth-year seniors, Avrit and Kaneshiro possess the most experience. Avrit has a 73.55 stroke average in 28 career events and Kaneshiro is at 73.79 in 25 tournaments. Conley has played in 12 events, Zimmerman eight and Forsman four.
• Konrad Brauckmeyer, Alejandro Gutierrez, Berk Harvey and Johnny Ward comprise the remaining returners on the Santa Clara roster. Cameron Kaiser and Jolo Magcalayo are two newcomers.

We have waited months to get this group back together and get back to work. I love the form each player returned to campus in and saw a lot of growth and development in the group. I'm excited to begin the season in New Mexico and to test ourselves at an NCAA regional site! It will be a busy fall but we are ready for the challenge!
