FRESHMAN (2009): Played extended minutes in seven of the 10 matches he appeared in ... provided energy and an offensive spark off the bench ... put two shots on goal, at Portland (Nov. 1) and vs. San Francisco (Nov. 6) ... also took a shot at Saint Mary's (Oct. 25).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Yokohama Hayato High School in Yokohama, Japan ... did not play soccer in high school ... played club soccer for Yokohama F-Marinos Youth Academy in Japan ... also played for the DeAnza Force, helping the team to the 2006 NorCal ODP Region IV championship and the 2005 USL Super-Y National title. For his efforts on the field, Kameya was named the NorCal ODP Player of the Year and the Region IV ODP Player of the Year in 2005 and '06.
