SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Western Water Polo Association announced the 2014 Men's Water Polo All-Academic Teams and among the 48 student-athletes named, eight Broncos were honored on the list.
The All-Academic Team consists of members who carried a 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), played in at least 50-percent of the team's contests in the sports respective season and was classified as a full-time student who has completed a minimum of one semester or two quarters at his institution.
On the list for the Broncos are seniors Mark Davis, Casidhe McClone and Kyle Nadel, juniors Evan Chang and Chase Schaaf, sophomores Matt Godar and Graham McClone and freshman Richard Daly.
At the end of the 2014 season, Davis, Chang and Daly also received WWPA All-Conference honors for their contributions to the team in the pool.
