SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's basketball released its nonconference schedule on Monday, featuring 11 games, including seven at Leavey Center.

"Our nonconference schedule features a number of challenging games both at home and on the road," Santa Clara head coach Bill Carr said. "We always look to play tough teams so that we can continue to learn and improve as we get ready for the always difficult West Coast Conference slate."

After an exhibition with San Francisco State Nov. 3, the regular season begins at home with Cal Poly (Nov. 10) and Nevada (Nov. 14).

The Broncos don't leave the state for their first road trip, visiting San Jose State (Nov. 17) and Long Beach State (Nov. 21).

They return for a season-long three-game homestand against Cal State Bakersfield (Nov. 27), UC Riverside (Nov. 29), and UC Merced (Dec. 1) before heading out to Kansas (Dec. 12) and UMKC (Dec. 14).

The nonconference schedule wraps-up with Cal Baptist (Dec. 18) and Holy Names (Dec. 20) before West Coast Conference play begins Dec. 30.
