SANTA CLARA, Calif. - After a nine-event season that included numerous high finishes in competitive fields and nine different Broncos seeing tournament play, Santa Clara women's golf will be wrapping up their 2022-23 campaign at the WCC Championship in Bremerton, Wash.

The Broncos are coming into their final tournament of the season after placing third at last week's Silicon Valley Showcase which they hosted. Four out of the five Broncos also finished in T23 place or better out of 54 players.

In last year's playing of the WCC Championship, Santa Clara placed third, which was their best finish since placing in the same position eight years ago in 2015. Pepperdine is the defending team champion.

There will be five schools competing in this annual culmination, including Santa Clara, BYU, Gonzaga, Pepperdine, and San Francisco.

The Santa Clara lineup that has cemented itself this spring season and will be featured this week includes Claire Choi, Borina Sutikto, Lauren Shew, Audrey Brust, and Inara Sharma. It is also notable to mention that Choi, Sutikto, and Brust have competed in every tournament this season and have a combined five Top-10 finishes and eight Top-20 finishes.

The Broncos will be playing early in twosomes tomorrow alongside the Gonzaga Bulldogs beginning at 7:30 AM PT.
