JUNIOR (2012): Went 2-2 with 2 R and 1 RBI vs. Illinois-Chicago … knocked an RBI double and scored a run at Cal Poly.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Started 29 games with starts at DH, 3B and 2B…was second on the team in batting average (.304) while knocking in 16 RBI…his .386 on-base percentage was a team-high… made his first appearance as a pinch-hitter at South Carolina (2/20)…appeared in both games in a doubleheader against Albany (2/26)…started his first game of the season, serving as Santa Clara’s DH at San Jose State Mar. 4…pinch-hit against Utah (3/13)…started as the DH against UC Davis (3/13)…pinch-hit and remained in the game at third base on Mar. 27 and Mar. 28 against Brown…hit the game-winning RBI single in  a 10-inning victory over Bakersfield on Apr.1…provided two hits and two RBI in the second and third games against Bakersfield Apr. 2-3…totaled two hits and a hit by pitch in a three-game series against LMU (4/8- 4-10)…walked and scored a run in a 10-inning win at Saint Mary’s on Apr. 15…walked twice at Saint Mary’s (4/16)…singled twice in the series-opener at USF on Apr. 21…provided three RBI with a base-clearing-double at USF on Apr. 22…made his first start as a defensive player in the series-finale at USF, playing the entire game at second base…singled twice in a mid-week game against Pacific (4/26)…picked up his second defensive start, moving to third base in the series finale against Gonzaga…amassed four hits, a RBI, a hit by pitch and a walk in a three-game bout with Pepperdine...had one hit in a mid-week game at UC Davis on May 11…recorded a walk in the opening game vs.  San Diego (5/20)…walked and stole a base vs.  San Diego on May 21…doubled and walked in the series finale vs.  San Diego (5/22)…hit .600 in the final weekend of the season at Portland (5/27-5/29), amassing six hits, two RBI, a walk and a run scored.

FRESHMAN (2010): Started the last 11 of the 21 games he played ... made eight starts at second base and three at third base … recorded his first collegiate hit in a Bronco victory at San Diego State (3/23) ... started his first game at Gonzaga (4/30) ... finished the season with a .298 batting average in 47 at-bats … defensively, posted a .900 fielding percentage while helping turn 4 double plays.

HIGH SCHOOL: Starred at Notre Dame Prep in Scottsdale, one of the nation's top programs ... helped the Saints rank as high as No. 2 nationally according to Baseball America ... three-time state runners-up in Arizona's Class 4A-II ... twice named All-Black Canyon Region third baseman ... Notre Dame Prep went 87-12 during his three years on varsity ... hit .443 as a senior going 35-for-79 and scoring 34 runs ... also had 16 extra-base hits and 27 RBI ... finished second in the Black Canyon Region batting race ... 2009 Arizona Republic Class 4A All-State honorable mention ... Notre Dame went 29-4 in 2008.

PERSONAL: Born August 25, 1990 in Scottsdale, Ariz. ... twin brother, Matt, also plays baseball at Santa Clara ... son of Mark and Paula Ozanne ... chose to attend Santa Clara because of the academic reputation and opportunity to play college baseball with his brother ... completed over 150 hours of community service outside of the classroom in high school.... majoring in Arts and Science.
