**SCHEDULE UPDATE (as of Thursday, April 15 at 2:45 p.m.): Sunday's match against San Diego will start at 11 a.m. instead of noon. **

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's tennis face a conference and a nonconference opponent in the final road contests of the spring season on Sunday and Monday.

The Broncos (6-6, 3-3) play a West Coast Conference match against the University of San Diego on Sunday at noon and face San Diego State in a nonconference tilt at 2 p.m. on Monday.  SCU is 2-3 on the road this year.

Santa Clara is riding a three-match win streak including a pair of wins over the weekend, downing Portland 5-2 and blanking Gonzaga 7-0 at home.

Dominic Barretto and Santiago Hinojosa each have won four-straight singles matches.  For Barretto, the last three have come on court two.

San Diego (6-9, 3-2) will play at their home court, Skip & Cindy Hogan Tennis Center, in nearly a month where they are 5-3 on the season.  The Toreros last played at home on March 19.  USD has faced a challenging schedule playing five ranked opponents including a stretch of four-straight March where they lost all of them.

San Diego State (3-11) begins a stretch of playing three matches in four days starting on Friday and finishing with the Broncos on Monday.  The Aztecs have lost five in a row but one of their wins came against WCC's LMU, defeating the Lions 4-3 on March 21.
