A member of the program for five seasons, starting his final three years … played in every game (129) after redshirting in 2012-13 … started 86 career games, including 81 of his final 84 ... ended his career ranked tied for sixth with Jared Brownridge (2013-17) on the school’s all-time games played list … his 129 consecutive games played is tied for first in school history with Brownridge … earned 2016-17 honorable mention All-WCC recognition ... ranks eighth on the school’s career blocks list (79) and 10th in rebounds (697) … posted eight career double-doubles … a three-time member of the WCC All-Academic WCC team … just the seventh player in school history to be selected three times.  … a two-time nominee for CoSIDA Academic All-America honors who earned a spot on the 2016-17 All-District VIII team … completed his undergraduate degree in three-plus years and was enrolled in graduate school in his final two seasons.

PERSONAL: Born in Wayne, New Jersey … parents are Robert and Kristi Kratch ... his father was an offensive lineman at Iowa and then played eight years in the NFL (1989-93 - NY Giants; 1994-96 - New England Patriots) ... won a Super Bowl ring with the NY Giants in 1991 and older brother, Colby, played tight end at Toledo and is now a graduate assistant with Michigan State ... mother was a high jumper at Iowa and personal best was 5’11 ... maternal grandmother, Dorsey Anderson Dinkla, played professionally for the All-American Redheads, a barnstorming team which was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame induction in 2012 ... grandmother once scored 70 points in a high school game, something she reminded Nate of a few times during his high school career … paternal grandfather played baseball at Long Island University and two uncles played football at Cornell and Central College ... younger sister, MacKenzie, is a sophomore on the Wisconsin-Stevens Point hockey team ... earned his bachelor's degree in psychology in the summer of 2015 … pursuing a master’s degree in counseling psychology.
