Q: Has ticket pricing changed this year?
Yes. For only the second time in several years, there will be an increase in ticket prices. Season-ticket pricing will have a modest increase from 2016-17. However, seat-related donations and general admission tickets will remain the same.

Season ticket holders will still have the most affordable per game rate. All partial plan and single game tickets are priced above the cost of season tickets. Additionally, those who purchase partial packages will not have access to the benefits available through seat-related donations.

Q: Can you remind me about seat-related donations?
Santa Clara strives to compete at the highest level of NCAA Division I Athletics in all of our 20 sports. One way to help that endeavor is through our Bronco Athletic Fund and specifically the Athletics Excellence Fund, which now in its second year of existence. This fund will provide our student-athletes the opportunity to compete for conference and national championships. Seat-related donations are common across the nation for Division I Athletics and will benefit the growth of all sports, especially men’s basketball.

Q: What are the benefits for season-ticket holders?
Benefits include priority access for postseason tickets, in-game hospitality, parking, access to the Athletics Director suite and complimentary women’s basketball season tickets.

Q: As a season-ticket holder, will I have priority access for postseason tickets?
Yes. Season ticket holders will have priority access to purchase NCAA postseason, as well as WCC men’s and women’s tournament tickets. Ticket access, based on availability, will be determined by each season ticket holder’s donation level.

Note: The deadline for WCC Tournament ticket requests is Dec. 15, 2017.

Q: What is the season ticket renewal time frame?
The renewal period for current season-ticket holders begins on Thursday, Aug. 10, and continues until Monday, Sept. 18. Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 19, non-renewed seats will be available for purchase to the general public.

Q: How can I renew my seats?
If you would like to renew, change or add seats, please contact our ticket office sales and service
consultants Chad Cardinal, Jesse Moreno, and Cristian Ponce during the renewal period. Chad, Jesse, and Cristian will handle the renewal process, which runs from Thursday, Aug. 10, until Monday, Sept. 18. They will be contacting current season ticket holders, but feel free to contact them weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m..

Q: How do I pay for my season tickets and seat-related donation?
Season ticket purchases can be made in full during the renewal period (Aug. 10 through Sept. 18) at the continued on the back ticket office by check or credit card, or by contacting a sales and service consultant, Chad Cardinal, Jesse Moreno, or Cristian Ponce.

As in the past, the cost of each season ticket must be paid in full. However, the donation associated with each ticket is eligible for a payment plan. There are three options for seat-related donations:

1.) One payment during the renewal period (Aug. 10 through Sept. 18). Cash, check or credit card will be accepted.
2.) Three monthly payments scheduled for Oct. 15, Dec. 15 and Feb. 15. Credit card only.
3.) Six monthly payments scheduled for Sept. 15, Oct. 15, Nov. 15, Dec. 15, Jan. 15 and Feb. 15. In order to take advantage of this payment option, your season tickets must be renewed by Sept. 18. Credit card only.

Q: When will I receive my season tickets?
Tickets books will be available for pickup on Saturday, Oct. 14, during Grand Reunion Weekend, in Leavey Center. Those not picked up that day will be hand delivered or mailed during the week of Oct. 16.

Q: I allocated the seat-related donation to the Bronco Bench Foundation donation last year. Will that continue?
Yes. Donors who allocated their seat-related donation to the Bronco Bench Foundation last year may still give their seat-related donation to the Bronco Bench Foundation this year through the Bronco Athletic Fund. Season tickets must be purchased separately.

Q: Does my seat-related donation count toward my reunion gift?
Yes. Any seat-related donation will be applied toward your reunion campaign. Gifts need to be made in alignment with the payment plan organized by the ticket office.

Q: Is my seat-related donation tax deductible?
Yes. According to IRS regulations, you may deduct 80 percent of the donation as a charitable contribution.

Q: Will there be changes to the Leavey Center seating configuration?
No. Last year, there were two upgrades: additional courtside seating along the north baseline and the relocation of the student section to the south baseline, adjacent to the visitor’s bench. That gave the opportunity for Santa Clara students (Ruff Riders) to enhance the gameday atmosphere and improve our homecourt advantage.

Q: How do I gain access to parking?
Parking access will be based on your seat-related donation level. Parking passes will be sent out prior to the start of the season.

‘For example: ‘Varsity’ level donors will get one parking pass for the Leavey Center lot while ‘Red’ and ‘Bench’ donors will receive one pass for the main campus structure on Palm Drive. Please review page two of the Donor Benefits Chart for more parking details.

Q. I’d like to be sure my tickets go to good use if I cannot attend a game. Can you help?
Yes. Please let us know if you are unable to attend a game and are unable to provide tickets to a friend. Simply call Chad Cardinal, Jesse Moreno, or Cristian Ponce within 24 hours of tip off. They will then work with a non-profit organization or an on-campus group to distribute your unused tickets. We want to help ensure that your seats are enjoyed by others if you cannot attend.

Q: Can I purchase tickets to the 2017 GCI Great Alaska Shootout (Nov. 22-25)?
