HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of Mercer Island High School in Mercer Island, Wash...participated in swimming and water polo...water polo team won state championship four years in a row...was named Defensive MVP if Washington State.

PERSONAL: Parents are John and Suzanne Gorin...has an older brother named Michael.
