2013 WWPA Men’s Water Polo All-Academic Team
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2013: Played in 32 games this season…tallied nine goals, 10 assists, and 23 earned ejections…scored against UC San Diego and Harvard...one assist against Princeton at Princeton Invitational.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2012: Played in 28 games, tallying 33 attempts, 14 goals, five assists, eight steals and 41 kick-outs drawn … scored once against Cal Lutheran on Sept. 22 … scored in the second quarter against Davis on Nov. 16 … scored two goals against Whittier on Nov. 17… scored twice against Pomona Pitzer on Nov. 18.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Loyola High School in Los Angeles, Calif. … coached by Erik Healy, Trevor Clark, Adam Guerrero, and Gabor Sarusi … team was CIF semifinalists in 2011 and 2012 …team won 2011 and 2010 Mission League Championship... named 2nd team All-Mission League senior year...named Academic All-American in 2010, 2011, and 2012 and was a co-captain of his varsity team in 2012...played club for RoseBowl Water Polo under Dan Leyson for three years.
