Why Santa Clara?I chose Santa Clara because it had exactly what I was looking for. Santa Clara is a small, private, Jesuit University. It has a lot of diversity, unity, a solid sense of community, an excellent academic program, and highly competitive athletics. It’s Division I for sports and one of the Top 3 schools in Northern California for academics. It’s also close enough to home for when I want it to be, and far enough away for when I don’t want it to be. SCU is the whole package, and that’s why I chose Santa Clara University!
