Coach Bento-Jackson on Markey: "Tori brings athleticism to our front court. I'm not sure if you could find very many post players who run the floor better than Tori. We expect her to take her game to the next level because she is capable of doing so."  

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2004-05: Had one start and saw action in 30 contests... posted six points and three rebounds against Fresno State... added 10 points and nine boards vs. No. 3 Georgia... netted seven points and six rebounds against UC Davis... added 10 points against Tulsa... nabbed eight rebounds against Nevada... added 13 points in 10 minutes at Portland... followed with nine points and eight rebounds against Saint Mary's... netted 12 points and seven rebounds vs. Portland... followed with eight rebounds against Gonzaga... posted six points, seven rebounds and two blocks in a strong all-around performance at Saint Mary's... added an eight-point, seven-rebound effort at Pepperdine... grabbed seven rebounds in second-half action against San Francisco, leading the team to victory... converted a three-point play against the Dons to give the Broncos' first lead of the night... added 13 points against San Diego... pulled down six rebounds and four steals in the WCC final against Gonzaga.  

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2003-04: Named to the WCC All-Freshmen Team... started 16 games and saw action in all 29 contests, making Bronco debut against UW-Green Bay... averaged 6.5 points per game... ranked 10th in the WCC in blocking (0.69) and 17th in rebounding (4.7)... scored two points and grabbed two rebounds... added four points at Pacific... netted eight points, four rebounds and four assists against No. 10 Georgia... grabbed nine points and five rebounds off the bench at Nevada... posted 17 points off the bench against Oklahoma State, and grabbed six rebounds... back-to-back lay-ups gave SCU a five-point lead under the two-minute mark... recorded 10 rebounds at UT-San Antonio... notched a career-high 11 rebounds at Loyola Marymount... a spark off the bench against San Francisco, notching nine points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in 20 minutes... added another nine-point, seven-rebound effort in the team's next outing, against Saint Mary's... netted a career-high 18 points against Loyola Marymount, on 8-11 shooting... had a 12-point, nine-rebound performance against San Francisco in the WCC First Round.  

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2002-03: Redshirted the season after breaking a bone in right foot in August.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Played center for head coach Darrell Hirashima at Miramonte High School in Orinda, Calif... led team to state championship, marking the first time in Miramonte history that any team went to the state championship in any sport... prep squad posted 20 wins in last two seasons... a McDonalds All-America nominee... earned NorCal Division III, Contra Costa Times, and Sport Focus Player of the Year honors... received 2001 All-America honors from the GYM Rat Rating Service and was named a Who's Who in High School Sports... named All-Diablo Foothill Athletic League all four years... was selected as one of the top 25 Juniors in California by Cal Hi Sports and a Top 20 Junior by NorCal Prep Hoops... earned selections to All-Star squads for Cal Hi Sports and Nor Cal Prep Hoops as a senior... holds scoring, rebounding, blocking records at Miramonte... averaged 20 points and 12 rebounds as a junior and senior while being selected to the All-State underclass team... participated in the adidas Deep South Shootout in 2001... selected as All-Tournament at the Pacific AAU Qualifier Tournament where team placed second in the region... also a member of the school's yearbook staff.
