AS A SENIOR IN 2007-08: Doubles: played with Courntey Hull in the Bulldog Classic and Carmen Pham in the Cal Invitational where they advanced to the Blue flight semifinals by beating Cal's Bobbie Englert and Daron Moore (8-4) and Feline Charlot and Stephanie Ordoveza of Saint Mary's (8-5), and the Saint Mary's Invitational winning two matches to make it to the Red flight quarterfinals... competed in the ITA Regionals with Myra Davoudi. Singles: posted a 3-7 record in the fall competing in four tournaments, the Bulldog Classic, Cal Invitational, Saint Mary's Invitational and ITA Regionals ... won two matches in the Bulldog Classic.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2006-07: Had a strong first year at Santa Clara, winning 15 matches to tie Casey Knutson for the team lead ... went 7-13 in dual matches singles ... posted a 9-18 doubles mark with Myra Davoudi, Meghan Madden, Stephanie Galainena and Kim Daniel ... Doubles: played two fall tournaments with Davoudi, the Bulldog Classic and the Saint Mary's Invitational, earning a spot in the Saint Mary's Invitational semifinals in Flight "B" ... beat Aloia and Charlot of Saint Mary's (8-5) and Arenas and Schumacher of Pacific (8-2) at SMC Invitational ... lost both dual matches with Davoudi vs. UC Santa Barbara on Feb. 3 and UC Davis on Feb. 13 ... competed in the Cal Invitational and Duck Classic with Madden, going 1-3 ... played one dual match with Madden, losing 8-2 to Ordoveza and Strijbis on March 25 ... won five of first seven matches with Galainena at No. 2 doubles in dual season, earning wins against Saint Mary's, USF, San Jose State, North Texas and Montana ... 8-6 win vs. Ordoveza and Strijbis of Saint Mary's was only Bronco win vs. Gaels in 2007 ... beat Furlong and Rowe of UC Santa Cruz 8-5 with Galainena for final doubles win of the season on Apr. 10 ... Singles: had an excellent fall season for the Broncos, going 8-5 in four tournaments, Bulldog Classic, Cal Invitational, Saint Mary's Invitational and Duck Classic ... missed ITA Regionals due to injury ... got first win with SCU on Sept. 22, beating Fresno State's Amanda Griffin 6-3, 6-3 at Bulldog Classic ... won two matches at Cal Invitational ... reached finals of SMC Invitational in Flight "B", beating Maria Garcia Planas of LMU (6-2, 6-1), Jenny Sperry of USF (4-6, 6-4, 6-2), Christine Feyen of Portland (6-1, 6-2) and Megan Doheney of Stanford (6-2, 3-6, 6-1) ... after losing first five of dual season, defeated Courtney Koenigsfeld of SJSU for first dual match win, 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 at No. 3 ... beat Jenny Sperry of USF on Apr. 1 6-4, 6-3 at No. 4 ... got win in final match of the season against Joana Macedo of USF on Apr. 22 at WCC Championships, 7-6 (3), 6-0.  

AS A SOPHOMORE AT TCU IN 2005-06: Went 3-4 in singles and 3-3 in doubles playing with Gabby Lopez and Anna Sydorska ... was a 6-1, 6-0 winner over Deanna Carrillo from Texas Tech at the Mean Green Invitational ... downed Hanni Wittenbecher of BYU 5-7, 6-0, 6-3 in the first round of consolation play at the Cal Invitational ... picked up a 6-1, 6-0 victory against Saint Mary's of California's Stefanie Ordoveza ... after falling to Christina Visico and Jessica Shu from California in the first round of the Cal tournament, McBride and Sydorska grabbed a pair of victories ... the first was against Stephanie Galainena and Kelly Leathers from Santa Clara ... their next victims were Kate Harden and Kristen Kummer of Saint Mary's.  

AS A FRESHMAN AT TCU IN 2004-05: Posted a 5-10 singles record and a 1-7 doubles mark ... won her first collegiate match at the Rice Tennis Classic over Jenny Sandoval of Lee Junior College 6-0, 6-0 ... advanced to the round of 16 at the Wilson/ITA Southwest Regional Championships with wins over Margaret Potyrala of Texas State, 6-1, 6-2 and Seva Iwinski of Texas A&M, 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 ... defeated Kelli Royer from North Texas in the consolation portion of the regional ... upended Jennifer Kaufman from Arizona State 6-4, 3-6, 6-0 at the ASU Thunderbird Invitational ... beat the duo of Alcantara and van den Bergh from Northwestern State 8-5 at the regional while teaming with Melissa Beré ... got to play in one dual match at No. 6 singles ... lost by a 6-2, 6-1 count to Tiffany McLaughlin from Houston ... saw some exhibition action in a couple duals as well ... the first was an 8-5 victory against Ingrid Stockinger from North Texas ... her other match ended in a 7-6(3), 6-1 loss to Rice's Amy Cao.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2004 graduate of Torrey Pines High School ... a four-year letter winner in tennis under coach Anne Meigs ... was Rookie of the Year in 2000 and team captain in 2004 ... was a San Diego Union Tribune Scholar Athlete in 2003 and 2004 ... was First Team All-Palomar League from 2000-'04 ... participated in National Charity League.  

PERSONAL: Daughter of Paul and Cheryl McBride ... has two sisters, Lara and Brooke ... enjoys working out, scrapbooking, snowboarding, and reading ... major is marketing.
