AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2013-14: Played 18 rounds in six events with a 74.22 stroke average ... played five of his 18 rounds below par ... competed in just two of six events during the spring ... carded a personal-best and team season-low round of 64 at the SCVB Pacific Invitational and tied for 11th with a season-low tournament score of 209 (-4) ... began the season with rounds of 74, 76 and 71 for a 221 (+11) total to tie for 49th at the Itani Quality Homes Collegiate ... tied for 12th with rounds of 76, 71 and 73 (+4) at the Saint Mary’s Invitational ... earned first career top-10 finish shooting a 5-under 211 with three sub-par rounds (69, 71, 71) to tie for 10th at Alister MacKenzie Invitational ... shot rounds of 81, 83 and 88 playing as an individual at the Fresno State Classic ... finished at 13-over 223 with rounds of 74, 73 and 76 at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic playing as an individual.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2012-13: Played in seven events and a total of 20 rounds … had an exceptional fall season placing 24th or better in each of three events … had rounds of 80, 77 and 72 and tied for 24th at the Itani Quality Homes Collegiate … shot a three round 220 (+4) with rounds of 74, 73 and 73 for a 20th place tie at the Saint Mary’s Invitational … all three sub-par rounds of the season came at the SCVB Pacific Invitational where he finished 10-under and tied for 17th with a season-best 67 (2nd round), 70 and 69 … tied for 28th at the UCI Anteater Invitational with rounds of 79, 73 and 78 … had rounds of 80, 80 and 77 at the WCC Championship to tie for 37th place.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ranked as Northern California’s No. 2 college recruit ... is one of the most accomplished local players to ever sign at SCU … a four-year star at nearby Moreau Catholic High School, he became the youngest-ever winner of the San Francisco City Championship when he won the title in 2009 as a prep freshman at age 14 … he also took home the title at the 2011 Oakland City Championship and most recently out-played the entire amateur field to win the 86th 2012 Ernie Pieper Santa Clara County Championship … he has twice qualified for the USGA Junior Amateur Championship (2010 & 2011) … chose to play mostly on the men’s amateur circuit however …. tied for 10th at the 2010 Alameda Commuters Men’s Golf Championship after coming in 15th in 2009 … won the 2009 JGANC/NCPGA Match Play title … tied for fifth at the 2011 Santa Clara County Championship prior to winning the event in 2012 … led Moreau Catholic to three consecutive undefeated league seasons … Moreau Catholic went 29-3 in league play during his prep career and advanced into the North Coast Section (NCS) DII Championships all four years … won the second of his four-straight Hayward Area Athletic League (HAAL) individual titles as a sophomore, leading Moreau to the conference crown at Metropolitan Golf Course in Oakland … hit 17 greens and made six birdies in that event as a sophomore, en route to a 4-under-par 68 … Moreau Catholic finished its season undefeated in 2010, going 15-0 (12-0 in HAAL play) to win the school’s first golf title in 21 years … after winning the league championship again as a junior in 2011, he made another appearance in the NCS Tournament of Champions … NorCal Finals qualifier, posting an individual-best sixth place finish in CIF state tournament play.
