SENIOR (2010)/CAREER REVIEW: Strong immediately made an impact at Santa Clara, playing the forward line on the Broncos’ WCC Championship team in 2007 ... he helped SCU win the WCC title again as a senior in 2010, starting and playing 56 minutes in the title-clinching game, a victory over Gonzaga (Nov. 14) ... as a four-year player, Strong contributed as a starter as both a sophomore and junior … and he as started his senior year as well… one of the most explosive players on the Broncos’ roster, giving SCU the ability to run past defenders … transitioned into the back-line as a senior and played great soccer helping SCU win crucial road games … his contributions, team-first attitude and leadership will definitely be missed … Strong was an outstanding student-athlete excelling in the classroom in the Leavey School of Business.

Played in 14 contests, starting one ... took a shot vs. Stanford (Sep. 17) and at LMU (Oct. 16).

SOPHOMORE (2008): Saw action in 11 games, starting in six ... appeared as a sub against Illinois Chicago (Sept. 1) ... appeared as a sub against Wisconsin (Sept. 5) ... earned his first start of the year against UW-Milwaukee (Sept. 7).

FRESHMAN (2007): Made debut on Aug. 31 vs. Alabama A&M as a forward ... appeared in 12 total games in first season and took two shots ... mostly played on the forward line.
