AS A SENIOR IN 2006: Returned from an off-season knee injury and saw action in 11 matches, making one start ... netted a pair of goals and registered a pair of assists for six points ... scored her second goal of the year against San Francisco on Oct. 29 ... assisted on a goal in 6-2 win over Gonzaga on Oct. 22 ... scored her first goal since 2003 with a strike against San Jose State on Oct. 4 ... also assisted on a goal against the Spartans ... played 42 minutes at forward on Sept. 24 against CS Fullerton and took two shots, putting one on frame ... played 10 minutes against UCLA ... made season debut Aug. 27 against Utah.  

AS A JUNIOR IN 2005: Saw action in 15 matches, starting two ... assisted on a pair of goals on the season, once against Fresno State and again versus San Francisco.  

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2004: Saw action in 11 contests... made season debut against Notre Dame... added two shots against Rhode Island.  

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2003: Had one start and saw action in eight contests... scored one goal and two assists for four points... made Bronco debut at San Jose State... registered first shot of the season, against Georgia... took three shots against Cal Poly... earned first start against TCU... responded with first collegiate and game-winning goal... posted two assists on the Broncos' final goals at Gonzaga to help ensure the WCC championship.  

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2002: Redshirted the season after tearing left ACL during spring club play... had a second surgery on Oct. 17 to remove a bone growth in tibia.

OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM EXPERIENCE: A member of the Cal North State ODP U16 and U17 teams... reached the semifinals in the 2001 State Cup... placed first at the Interregional Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played as a midfielder and sweeper under head coaches Mike Becker and Troy Thiele at Notre Dame High School in San Carlos, Calif... team won the Girls Private School League three straight years... advanced to the Central Coast Section playoffs all four seasons... team went 25-1-3 in 2002 and 80-18-12 during prep career... an NSCAA All-Far West team selection in 2001... a two-time All-League first team selection while being named to the second team in 1999... in 2000, was team captain and team MVP... tied for league lead in goal scoring as a freshman... earned all-League honors as a sophomore... was the President of Block Club, and was her senior and junior class vice president while also her sophomore class' athletics director... is an outdoor education camp counselor.

PERSONAL: Full name is Bonnie Joanne Bowman... born in Mission Viejo, Calif... parents are Dan and Julie Bowman... father played football, wrestled and threw discus at UC Davis... has one older brother, Ben... majoring in psychology with a minor in mathematics... is planning on attending the graduate school of education during upcoming fifth year of eligibility in 2006.
