AS A RS SENIOR (2014-15): (XC) Took 37th place at the season-opening USF Invitational by running 26:46.5 in the men's 8k race ... posted a time of 25:59.5 in the men's 8k at the West Coast Conference Preview Meet ... ran the men's 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 27:36 ... posted an 8k invitational time of 25:00.4 at the Bronco Invitational ... finished with an 8k time of 25:13.3 at the West Coast Conference championships ... closed out the season with a 10k time of 32:09 at the NCAA West Region Championships.

(TRACK): Ran a 15:46.64 in the 5000m at the Kim Duyst Invitational March 7 … ran a 15:31.18 in the 5000m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational March 21 … ran a 16:04.76 in the 5000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival April 3 … ran a 4:09.76 in the 1500m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational April 24 … ran a 16:03.87 in the 5000m at the West Coast Last Chance Meet May 9.

AS A RS JUNIOR (2013-2014): (XC) Began the season by running the 8k at the Stanford Invitational in 28:06.9 ... placed 21^st in the 8k SF State Invitational with a time of 26:19 ... ran a 25:55.3 at the 8k Bronco Invitational.

(TRACK) Did not run.

AS A RS SOPHOMORE (2012-2013): (XC) Started off the season at the USF Invitational 8k in 26:49 … ran in the West Coast Conference Preview 8k race in 26:17.1 … earned a seasonal best time in the 8k at the Bronco Invitational in 26:11.5 … placed 23^rd at the Doc Adams Invitational 8k in 25:41 … ended the season at the NCAA West Regional 10k in 32:31. 

(TRACK) Opened the spring with a 5000m time of 15:38.18 at the Kim Duyst Invitational ... posted a 1500m time of 4:06.50 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational ... ran the 5000m race in 15:20.4 at the SF State Distance Carnival ... posted a 5000m time of 15:38.13 at the Chico Distance Carnival ... finished the Woody Wilson Classic 1500m race in 4:09.06 ... ran the Brutus Hamilton Invitational 5000m race in 15:24.25 ... posted a 1500m time of 4:04.98 at the Sac State Open ... rounded out the season with a 3000m time of 8:42 and a 5000m time of 15:08.24 at the West Coast Invitational. 

AS A RS FRESHMAN (2011-2012): (XC) Competed in the USF Invitational in the 8k and ran a time of 26:45 … earned a personal-best-time in the 4mile at the Hornet Jamboree in 20:53 … raced another personal-best at the Stanford Invitational, this time in the 8k with a time of 25:50 … ran 26:50 in the West Coast Conference Championships 8k.

(TRACK) Earned a personal best time in the 5000m at the Kim Duyst Invitational in 15:43.39 … raced the 3000m at the Aggie Open in 9:12.57 … finished the 1500m with a personal best time of 4:17.04 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational … ended the season at the Sac State Open with a time of 4:16.07 in the 1500m.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010-2011): (XC) Ran the 8k race at the SF State Invitational in 27:19.3.

(TRACK) Ran 16:24:75 in the 5000m for 40^th place at the Kim Duyst Invitational … finished 12^th place in the 5000m with 15:57:59 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational … earned a PR in the 5000m in 15:48:76 at the Chico Distance Carnival ... finished up the season at the CSU Stanislaus Twilight Meet with a 5000m time of 15:55.68.
