FRESHMAN (2011): Won three games during his freshman campgain...appeared in 13 games, starting eight contests...made his collegiate debut at then-No. 2 South Carolina, pitching a scoreless inning and striking out a batter (Feb. 19)…started his first career game against Albany, allowing one run on five hits in seven innings of work while posting five punchouts (Feb. 26)…improved his record to 2-0, pitching in relief against San Jose State on Mar. 6…started his second game against UC Davis on Mar.13, improving to 3-0 on the year…pitched 5.2 innings, allowing just two runs in a start against Brown (3/28)…appeared in long-relief against Bakersfield, tossing 4.1 innings while allowing two runs on six hits and striking out four…started his first WCC game against Loyola Marymount, lasting five innings on Apr 9…allowed three earned runs on five hits in 4.2 innings in a start at Saint Mary’s (4/17)…tagged with his second loss in a start against USF on Apr. 22…pitched 0.1 innings against Pacific on Apr. 26…pitched 0.2 innings of relief against Gonzaga (4/30)…provided the Broncos with two perfect innings against Cal on May 3…appeared in relief at Pepperdine May 8.
