Over the summer break, the Bronco men's basketball team chose to read Toughness: Developing True Strength On and Off the Court, a book written by attorney and ESPN analyst, Jay Bilas. 

Perhaps one of the biggest analyst names in basketball, Bilas wrote this book to show the true meaning of the word "tough" and how much it contributes to success in sports and in life. Toughness features the careers and experiences of Bilas himself, as well as highly respected coaches and players including Coach K, Bob Knight, Julie Foudy, Mia Hamm, Jon Gruden, Tom Izzo and many more.

At the start of preseason camp, Coach Keating and the rest of the basketball coaching staff invited Bilas to come speak to the team and EYEBRONCO got the scoop. Former Bronco women's soccer player and recent SCU graduate, Lauren Matheson, sat down with Bilas to talk about the book and the true meaning of Toughness.
