AS A JUNIOR IN 1999-2000: Clinched SCU's first-ever victory over a nationally-ranked team by defeated Andrew Styperek and the 24th-ranked Harvard... won 16 singles matches last year, finishing with 10 losses... won nine of his last 10 singles outings... also beat Pacific's Tobias Abrahamson in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4... had best win of the season in the finals of the WCC Tournament, topping Pepperdine's Chase Exxon... went 7-9 in doubles with Eric bachelor at the No. 2 spot... a chronic sore shoulder limited playing time.
