AS A JUNIOR (2015-16): (XC) WCC Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention ... ran the 5k at the USF Invitational in 20:16.1 … posted a 5800m time of 23:50 at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … ran a 6k time of 24:15.7 at the San Francisco State Invitational … finished in 12th place overall with a 6k time of 22:30.3 in the Open race at the Bronco Invitational … ran a 6k time of 24:43.6 at the West Coast Conference championships.

(TRACK) Ran three times at 1,500 meters and three times at 5,000 meters ... 1,500-meter season-best 5:03.33 at the Brutus Hamilton Open ... 5,000-meter season-best 18:35.21 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15): (XC) WCC Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention ... took 30th place at the season-opening USF Invitational by running 19:33.4 in the women's 5k race ... finished with a time of 23:12.8 in the women's 6k at the West Coast Conference Preview Meet ... ran the women's 6k at the Stanford Invitational in 23:45 ... posted a time of 19:22.66 in the women's 5k at the Montana Invitational ... finished with a time of 22:39.9 in the women's 6k invitational at the Bronco Invitational  ... finished with a personal best 6k time of 22:07.6 at the West Coast Conference championships ... closed out the season with a 6k time of 24:27 at the NCAA West Region Championships.

(TRACK) Ran a 12:36 in the Distance Relay Medley (team of Chrisman, Kuehn, Nash, Wood) at the West Coast Relays … ran a 4:59.34 in the 1500m at the Kim Duyst Invitational March 7 … ran a 4:57.98 in the 1500m at the Aggie Open March 14 … ran a 4:55.24 in the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational March 21 … ran a 5:00.04 in the 1500m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival April 3 … set a personal record with a 18:16.52 in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational April 17 … ran a 5:01.28 in the 1500m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational April 24 … ran a 19:03.05 in the 5000m at the West Coast Last Chance Meet May 9.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14): (XC) Ran 19:52.4 at the Santa Clara vs. Saint Mary’s 5k Dual Meet … finished the Pepperdine Invitational with a 6k time of 24:20.9 ... ran a 24:23.8 at the 6k Bronco Invitational.

(TRACK) Began the season with a pair of races at the Kim Duyst Invitational; 4X400m relay team posted a time of 4:18.71, individially ran the 1500m in 5:03.8 ... posted a 1500m time of 4:53.66 at the Aggie Open ... finished the 1500m race at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 4:50.6 ... ran the 1500m race at the SF State Distance Carnival in 4:54.55 ... posted a 1500m time of 4:53.57 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... finished the 1500m race at the Brutus Hamilton Open with a time of 5:03.71 ... ran the 800m race in 2:23.24 and the 1500m race in 4:51.91 at the West Coast Last Chance Open.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduated from San Marcos High School in 2013 ... high school coach was Kevin Chindlund ... personal bests: 800m: 2:26.36; 1500m: 4:57.95; and 1600m 5:13.08.
