AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): (XC) Ran the 8k at the USF Invitational in 26:54.5 in his Bronco debut … ran a 7250m time of 24:09 at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … finished the 8k at the San Francisco State Invitational in 26:38.1… ran a personal best 8k time of 25:40.8 in the Open race at the Bronco Invitational … ran an 8k time of 28:18.9 at the West Coast Conference championships.

(TRACK) Ran twice at 1,500 meters and four times at 5,000 meters ... 1,500-meter season-best 4:13.74 at the Woody Wilson Classic ... 5,000-meter season-best 15:37.49 at the West Coast Last Chance Meet.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduated from Wayzata High School (Plymouth, Minn.) in 2015 ... rank cross country/track and played baseball for the Trojans … high school coaches were Bill Miles, Eric Jahn and Kraig Lundstrom … two-time AA State Champions (2013-14) … three-time section and conference champions 2012-14 … cross country team was undefeated in 2013-14 seasons … two-time Nike National qualifiers … finished 2nd in 2014 … three-time track True Team State Champions 2012-14.
