ALAMEDA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's rowing opened the 2021 season with races against Washington Saturday at the Oakland Estuary.

The Huskies won all three races against the Broncos.

Washington's 3V8 (5:50.58) topped Santa Clara (6:06.71) V8 by 16 seconds.

The Huskies F8 (5:58.25) then topped the Broncos (6:14.66) 2V8 again by 16 seconds.

In the finale, Washington's V4 (6:39.99) beat Santa Clara's V4 (6:57.53) by 17.5 seconds.
