SANTA CLARA, Calif. – As part of its 2013 spring schedule, the Santa Clara men's soccer team will host its 10^th annual golf tournament on Mon., Apr. 29 at Cinnabar Hills in San Jose, Calif. The tournament starts at 12:30 p.m. and is followed by a dinner and auction. This event is the only fundraiser that men's soccer organizes and the money raised goes directly into the operations of its program.

At this year's dinner, Theresa and Larry Biggam will be honored as the Santa Clara's men's soccer program's "Builders of the Year."

"Theresa and Larry were instrumental in starting the Santa Clara Soccer Endowment and providing the state-of-the-art Italgreen training field," said men's soccer head coach Cam Rast. "Their generosity toward our program and the University goes beyond words."

The weekend starts with an alumni game on Sun., April 28 at 1 p.m. at Buck Shaw Stadium, followed by golf on Monday.

To sign up for the event, Bronco supporters can choose one of two options. 1) Join the Bronco Ultras '67 support group; the annual membership includes participation in the tournament or 2) Supporters can also pay the one-time fee of $250 per person.
