Three Women's Golfers Earn Conference All-Academic Honors

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Sarah Busey and Naomi Wong of Santa Clara women's golf were among 10 student-athletes named to the 2020-21 West Coast Conference All-Academic first team.

Emily Sumner earned the lone honorable mention nod in the league.

Busey was selected to the first team for the third time in her career. Wong was an honorable mention selection last season.

To be considered for the team, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to the team. The individual must also have at least sophomore athletic and academic standing with at least one year in residence at the school.
