AS A SENIOR IN 2004-2005: Cross-Country: Raced in seven competitions during the season... best finish was a third-place showing at the Bronco Invitational in a time of 19:38... ran best 4k time of the season at 15:38 in the Stanford Invitational... best 5k time at the Willamette Invitational with a time of 19:06... placed 18th in the West Coast Conference Championships... ran best 6k time 23:34 at the NCAA West Regional placing 132nd... earned All-Academic West Coast Conference honors for the third consecutive year. Track: Competed in two competitions during the season ... AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2002: An honorable mention all-West Coast Conference selection after finishing 11th at the league championships ... registered a season-best time of 18:27.5 at the Willamette Invitational ... finished 13th at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 18:57 at Crystal Springs ... named to the Academic All-WCC honor team.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2001: Named the West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year ... finished third at the WCC Championships with a season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:03 ... a first-team all-WCC selection ... finished fifth at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 19:05.
