AS A JUNIOR IN 2013-14: Played a total of seven rounds in three events ... best career finish came at the SCU Colby Invitational when she fired a season-low round of 77 (1st) and came in 15th with a 36-hole total of 158 (+14) ... identical rounds of 81 to tie for 36th place at the Firestone Grill Invitational at 162 ... tied for 57th with rounds of 82-84-88=254 at the Grand Canyon Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2012-13: Competed in three events playing a total of six rounds … had a third-round 78 and placed in a tie for 26th at the Firestone Grill Invitational … shot a season-low 75 in the first round of the Santa Clara Colby Invitational but was unable to compete in round two … scored a 79 and 83 to tie for 42nd place at the Lamkin Grip Invitational … did not compete during the spring season.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2011-12: Competed in four of nine events for the Broncos as a true freshman … posted a season-best round of 77 and finished 18th at the Firestone Grill Invitational … tied for 16th at the Santa Clara Colby Invitational ... tied for 33rd at the Lamkin Grip Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two sport, four-year varsity athlete at Jesuit High School in Beaverton, Oregon (golf, swimming) ... named First Team All-Metro Conference for golf ... served as captain her senior year ... helped Jesuit finish third at the Oregon 6A State Tournament as a freshman, fourth as a sophomore, second as a junior, and second as a senior ... placed 12th in state her junior year and 6th in state her senior year shooting 76, 77 ... consistently placed in the top 10 at Oregon Junior Golf Association events ... finished first flight runner-up in the Oregon Junior Amateur match play ... finished in the top 10 in the Oregon Junior Amateur stroke play event.

PERSONAL: Full name is Acacia Anne Briggs ... daughter of Sam and Carol Briggs ... has one older sister, Kristen ... her father, Sam, was a varsity golfer at Lewis and Clark College ... honor roll student ... swam competitively for 12 years, achieving regional times and national placement but redirected her efforts towards golf ... a counselor at a muscular dystrophy camp for two summers ... enjoys cooking and traveling ... aspires to be involved with sports management or marketing as a career ... she will be majoring in Marketing.
