WHY I CHOSE SANTA CLARA: First of all, I chose Santa Clara because the school has a strong academic program and it is a very welcoming tight-knit community. Its academic merit is appealing as well as the small size and the religious orientation of the school. Secondly, the soccer program is one of the most prestigious in the country, and I have always dreamed of contributing to its success. I know that I will enjoy the combination of academics and athletics at Santa Clara.
