AS A JUNIOR IN 2012: Was terrific for the Broncos in 2012, leading the team with a .355 batting average, .457 on-base percentage and a .346 clip with runners in scoring position … totaled 55 hits in 51 games and scored 26 runs, primarily leading off and playing shortstop … in fact, was the team’s leadoff-hitter 49 times in the Broncos 54 games … posted a .409 batting average and .500 on-base percentage against Pacific Coast Softball Conference (PCSC) pitching … drew 27 walks in 2012, which ranks No. 2 in SCU single-season history ... hit safely in each of her first four games, beginning with her SCU debut vs. Illinois-Chicago (Feb. 10) … had two hits, including her first homerun at New Mexico State (Feb. 12) … went 2 for 4 against Northern Colorado (Feb. 25) … tripled and drew a pair of walks against James Madison (Mar. 7) … caught fire when PCSC began, reeling off a team-best nine-game hitting streak (Mar. 31 through Apr. 11) … went 2 for 2 with a homer and two walks against Pacific (Apr. 11) … enjoyed three consecutive games with 3-plus hits at San Diego (Apr. 14-15) … had a season-high four hits, going 4 for 4 at San Diego (Apr. 15) … was 10 for 16 (.625 BA) during that four-game PCSC series against San Diego (Apr. 14-15) … finished the year strong, scoring a season-high three runs twice during the final PCSC series against CSU Bakersfield (Apr. 28-29) … had 27 hits in 20 PCSC games and led the team in batting average (.409), hits (27), on-base percentage (.500), walks (11) and tied for the team-lead in runs (13) during conference play.

COLLEGE:
Transferred to the College of San Mateo and had an outstanding junior college career, capped off by being named a National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Junior College All-American shortstop/pitcher … batted .440 as the Bulldogs starting shortstop as a redshirt freshman in 2009-10 … went on to be a two-time First Team All-Coast Conference (North) and all-state award-winner … hit .432 and slugged .435 en route to her All-America season as a sophomore, coming on to start 31 games … 2011 Coast Conference Player of the Year ... originally attended Arizona State as a true freshman but did not play softball.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from nearby Notre Dame Belmont in 2008 … four-year varsity starter and First Team All-Western Catholic Athletic League (WCAL) honoree in all four seasons, playing outfield as freshman, then transitioned to shortstop as a sophomore … led Notre Dame to three-consecutive Central Coast Section (CSS) playoff appearances … hit .357 and slugged .543 as a senior and Notre Dame was the WCAL co-Champions and the WCAL tournament champs … named to the San Mateo Times All-County team for the third straight season … named ‘Player of the Week’ during her senior season by both the San Mateo Times and the Daily Journal … captured the CSS Championship title as a junior … hit .400 and slugged .656 as a junior and was named team MVP for the second straight year … Cal-Hi Sports All-State pick as a junior … set the San Mateo County record by hitting four homeruns in one game in a league contest against Presentation … also a San Jose Mercury News All-Area pick during her prep career and won numerous all-tournament team honors as well.
