Santa Clara heads to the North Bay to take part in the West Coast Conference Championships, held Monday and Tuesday at the Windsor Golf Course in Santa Rosa, Calif. Both teams will play the first 36 continuously on Monday. Tee times begin at 7 a.m. on the 10th hole for the women. The men will start at the same time on the first hole, with the Broncos scheduled to tee off beginning at 7:50. Tuesday's pairings will be based on Monday's order of finish, with tee times beginning again at 7 a.m.

The Bronco men placed fourth last season, led by senior Drew Corwin's runner-up honors and senior Joe Wagner's 12th-place finish.

Only five of the eight league schools field women's golf programs: Santa Clara, San Francisco, Gonzaga, Portland and Pepperdine. The Broncos will be playing in their first 54-hole tournament this season. The Broncos placed fifth last season, led by sophomore Jessica Abbott's 16th-place finish.
