A few of the members of the SCU volleyball team took a study break to have their pictures taken for the upcoming Fall 2013 season's poster on June 4.
EYEBRONCO reporter and women's soccer player Sofia Huerta took advantage of all these outstanding student-athletes being in one place and asked them a few questions about the past spring season and their plans for the summer, as well as what they are looking forward to as they embark on a new season.
The Bronco volleyball team will be competeing in a number of high level tournaments in the 2013 season, including tournaments at Cal Berkeley and Hawaii. Read more about the upcoming season here.
Many of the players are forunate to live near the beach, so a large part of their summer training will include beach volleyball. The Broncos who came in for the photo shoot are looking forward to getting back on the court with their team and training hard in order to have another winning season.
For some, this will be their final season putting on the garnet Santa Clara jersey. Interviews with Megan Anders, Alyssa Anderson and Haley Cameron are included.
