2014 West Coast Conference Cross Country All-Academic Team

AS A RS JUNIOR (2014-2015): (XC) Took 27th place at the season-opening USF Invitational by running 26:19.2 in the men's 8k race ... finished in fifth place at the West Coast Conference Preview Meet with a time of 24:37.7 in the men's 8k ... ran the men's 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 26:14 ... posted an 8k invitational time of 24:15.5 at the Bronco Invitational ... posted the second-fastest Bronco time at the West Coast Conference championships by running the men's 8k in 24:22.9 ... closed out the season with a Bronco-best 10k time of 30:47 at the NCAA West Region Championships, good for 65th place overall.

(TRACK): Ran a 15:07.59 in the 5000m at the Husky Classic.

AS A RS SOPHOMORE (2013-2014): (XC) Ran in his first race of the season at the Pepperdine Invitational with an 8k time of 26:01.8 ... finished the Stanford Invitational with a time of 26:43 in the 8k … finished 32nd at 25:37 at the 8k West Coast Conference Championships.

(TRACK) Opened the season with a 5000m time of 15:10.83 at the Kim Duyst Invitational ... ran the 5000m at the SF State Distance Carnival in 14:50.15 ... finished with a 10000m time of 30:29.04 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... posted a 5000m time of 14:42.47 at the West Coast Last Chance Open ... ran the 5000m at the West Coast Invitational in 14:45.04.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-2013): (XC) Started the season at the West Coast Conference Preview 7,770 meter race with a time of 24:41.34 … competed at the Stanford Invitational 8k in 25:35 … earned a personal best time in the 8k at the Bronco Invitational in 25:10 … finished 32nd at the West Coast Conference Championship in the 8k with a time of 25:06.4 … ended the season at the NCAA West Regional Cross Country 10k in 31:32. 

(TRACK) Ran 15:12.49 for 8th place in the 5k at the Chico Distance Carnival … raced in the 5k run in 14:53.89 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational ... earned 15:14.48 in the 5k at the West Coast Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011-2012): (XC) Did not race due to injury.

(TRACK) Competed in the 5k at the SF State Distance Carnival in 15:40.46 … earned 15:53.40 in the 5k at Woody Wilson Invitational … earned 15:22.74 in the Brutus Hamilton Invitational 5k … ran in the Sac State Open 800m in 4:12.65 … finished his first track season in the 5k at the West Coast Invitational with a time of 15:16.48.
