AS A RS SENIOR (2014-2015): (XC) Did not run.

(TRACK): Ran a 2:06.18 in the 800m in the Kim Duyst Invitational March 7 … ran a 2:07.42 in the 800m at the Aggie Open March 14 … ran a 2:04. 36 in the 800m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational March 21 … ran a 2:05.33 in the 800m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival April 3 … ran a 2:01.98 in the 800m at the West Coast Last Chance Meet May 9.

AS A RS JUNIOR (2013-2014): (XC) Ran a time of 31:48.3 in the 8k at the Bronco Invitational. 

(TRACK) Began the season by running the 800m race at the Kim Duyst Invitational in 2:13.64 ... posted an 800m time of 2:06.17 at the SF State Distance Carnival ... ran the 800m race in 2:06.67 at the Brutus Hamilton Open ... rounded out the season with a personal best 800m time of 2:01.75 at the 2014 West Coast Last Chance Open.

AS A RS SOPHOMORE (2012-2013): (XC) Did not run. 

(TRACK) Started his track season in the 1500m at the Kim Duyst Invitational with a time of 4:21.16 … raced in the Johnny Mathis Invitational 800m with a time of 2:05.32 … ran 4:20.30 in the SF Distance Carnival 1500m and 2:04.28 in the 800m … competed in the Sac State Open 800m in 2:01.88. 

AS A RS FRESHMAN (2011-2012): (XC) Raced a personal-best in the 8k at the USF Invitational in 28:28 … ran another personal-best, this time in the 4mile race at the Hornet Jamboree in 22:38 … earned 30:39 in the 8k Gator Invitational … competed in the Bronco Invitational and ran 29:47.5 in the 8k … finished off the season racing 29:26 in the 8k at Doc Adams Invitational. 

(TRACK) Ran the 800m in 2:04.75 at the SF State Distance Carnival.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010-11):  Redshirted freshman year due to ankle injuries.
