HIGH SCHOOL: Phenomenal high school career at Notre Dame Prep in Scottsdale, one of the nation's best programs ... ranked as the No. 1 outfielder in the state by Perfect Game Crosschecker ... selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 46th round (1,386 overall) of the 2009 MLB First Year Player Draft ... helped the Saints rank as high as No. 2 nationally according to Baseball America ... three-time state runners-up in Arizona's Class 4A-II ...
