AT CITRUS COLLEGE: A junior transfer from Citrus College, he averaged 10 ppg, 10.3 rpg, 2 apg, and 3.1 spg as a sophomore playing for Coach Rick Croy ... he was on the first-team all-state JUCO team and was named the conference MVP ... in 2007-08 he led his team to a conference championship and a state title and he followed up in 2008-09 with another conference championship and a Sweet 16 appearance ... His team won back-to-back conference titles for the first time in school history ... his sophomore year he was also named a 'Scholar Baller' after he posted a 3.0+ grade point average ... as a freshman he averaged 6.9 ppg and a team-high 6.6 rpg, shooting 53.6% from the floor ... in addition, he was second on the team with 53 steals and also earned All-WSC Honorable Mention Honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: He graduated Dorsey High School and was coached by Kevin Gibson, lettering three years ... his senior year he averaged 16.7 ppg and 8.9 rpg ... also played one year of varsity tennis at Dorsey.
