Adam Bauman is in his first year as the video coordinator for the Santa Clara men's and women's basketball teams. Prior to joining the Bronco staff, he had a four-month stint under Arizona State University head men's basketball coach Herb Sendek as a graduate assistant. Bauman's main responsibilities with the Sun Devils were player development, managing the recruiting database and assisting the video coordinator in everyday operations. Bauman is a 2008 graduate of Southern Illinois University where he earned a degree in Kinesiology. As an undergraduate, he worked as an assistant to the Salukis men's basketball team under head coach Chris Lowery. His main responsibilities were film exchange and assisting in the organization of summer camps, scouting and various day-to-day operations within the program. While in Carbondale, the Salukis made three NCAA Tournament appearances including a Sweet 16 run in 2007; and one appearance in the NIT in 2008. In addition, he has coached at several summer basketball camps including Arizona State, Purdue, and Texas. The 24-year-old is a native of Pontiac, Ill., who graduated from Pontiac Township High School. He was a two-year varsity letter winner in basketball at Pontiac.
