CHIP TIMING
This year’s event will be IPICO chip timed by Red Cap Timing. For more information, go to www.RedCapTiming.com.

1. ALL athletes MUST wear the corresponding bib/chip. Ensure that athletes attach their chip firmly to the top of their shoe using the enclosed bubble security ties.
2. ALL athletes MUST wear the corresponding numbered chip.
3. Athletes SHOULD NOT put their timing chip in their pocket or arm.
4. ALL chips MUST be returned and/or collected after each race at the finish line or the packet pickup location.
5. There is a $30 charge for each chip not returned. Your chip is not disposable. We will collect your timing chip at the finish line for reuse at another event.
6. Turn in your roster sheet (with changes) AND ALL UNUSED CHIPS before the start of your respective race(s).
7. In order to comply with NCAA guidance, if an entered runner will not start in a race (DNS), please inform the timers and tell them the runner's bib number by 8:30 a.m. so the runner can be removed from their respective race. If the timers are not informed of the DNS, results reported to TFRRS will include the runners that did not start as DNF.
